Fees
£75 for individual counselling/psychotherapy
£75 for individual supervision
I keep a very limited number of reduced fee options for those who may otherwise be unable to afford it.
For group supervision, a fee will be negotiated depending on requirements.
Practicalities
Sessions last 50 minutes and can be offered in person or online (Zoom)
I can offer a free, 15 minute introductory consultation on the telephone/online so that we can think together about what you are looking for, how we might work together, and whether you would like to meet for a first session. You can ask questions during this consultation, or in advance of it via email if that is more helpful.
We might agree an initial contract of short term, focused work (6 - 12 sessions) - or long term/open ended sessions with opportunities to review. It is usually most beneficial to meet weekly but we can discuss this together.
Location
I currently work at OneTwoFive Therapy Rooms, 125 Hanley Road, London N4 3DQ – located between Finsbury Park and Crouch End. These are quiet, comfortable therapy rooms 3 minutes from Crouch Hill Overground, 12 minutes from Finsbury Park tube, and on the W3, W7 and 210 bus routes. There is some street parking in the surrounding roads.
